All change to an Order after received invoice must have a written approval from our customer service department We will do our best to accommodate our customer but many things are out of our control, so we will handle changes on a case by case basic.
Customer must always pay for 30% of restocking fee. If the order has left our facility we will charge our customer shipping fee both ways and storage costs.
In addition we charge 10% cancellation fee if to cancel after 24 hours from the time the order was received or 20% fee if after 48 hours but before its shipment.
All other attempted returns will be refused. Any exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis.
