Shipping & Policies 

• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after payment is received and processed. Custom orders may require additional time.
• Shipping Method: We offer standard and expedited shipping options via trusted carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items, as well as the delivery location. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for exact costs.
• International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote and estimated delivery times.
• Shipping Damage: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition. Custom or special order items are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition. Please contact us to initiate an exchange and to confirm availability of the replacement item.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns or exchanges. This fee covers the cost of handling and inspecting returned items.

Warranty:

• Product Warranty: Our furniture comes with a 3 months limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper assembly or installation.
• Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and provide further instructions.

Custom Orders:

• Customization: Custom orders, including specific color combinations or additional features, are available upon request. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and may require additional processing time.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the order.
