This is an OEM screw (part number PM2X3) designed for the UP‑200 / UG12 handpiece series. These screws are used in the internal or external assembly of the handpiece, where correct fasteners are critical to maintain structural integrity and proper alignment of components under high‑speed rotation.

Features

  • Using the correct OEM screw set helps prevent issues associated with improper screw length, head size or material—such as stripping, improper seating, vibration or misalignment.

  • Because these are small screws used in precision tools, replacing missing or damaged screws with the correct part helps restore the handpiece to factory specifications.

  • Length with head: ~ 4 mm. 

  • Thread size: 1/64″. 

  • Head size (diameter): ~ 3.31 mm.

  • Head type: Phillips head.

Installation Tips

  • Disconnect power and ensure the handpiece is fully stopped before servicing.

  • Remove the housing or section where these screws are located (refer to manufacturer service guide).

  • Remove old screws, clean the screw holes of debris or lubricant.

  • Install the new screws from the screw set PM2X3, ensuring each is correctly seated, head flush and that the Phillips driver fits properly to avoid cam‑out.

  • After re‑assembly, run the handpiece unloaded (no bit) at low speed to confirm smooth operation and no abnormal noise or mis‑alignment before returning to full use.
