This nose cone is a high-speed stainless-steel replacement component specified for the KUPA UG12 / UP-200 handpiece line. It forms the front-end housing that supports the collet or chuck assembly, bearings and overall front-housing alignment.

Installation Tips

  • Confirm your current nose cone is indeed the UG10-201A specification (check diameter/length and part number).

  • Verify that the rest of your front assembly (bearings, collet, housing) is in good condition; a new nose cone on a worn bearing may not fully correct performance issues.

  • Power off the handpiece and disconnect from any controller.

  • Remove the front collet/chuck and any auxiliary housing as per service instructions to access the nose cone.

  • Remove the old nose cone, clean surrounding parts of debris, shavings or wear.

  • Install the new UG10-201A nose cone, ensure proper seating and alignment with spindle/collet assembly.

  • Reassemble the handpiece, then test under no load (no bit) at low speed to ensure smooth rotation and minimal vibration before full operational use.
