This is the OEM‑replacement stainless steel deep‐groove ball bearing specified for the KUPA UP‑200 / UG12 nail‑drill handpieces.

Features

  • Smooth high‑speed rotation: Because the bearing is rated and sized for high speed, it helps maintain smooth operation and low vibration in the handpiece.

  • Precise fit: With the correct inner/outer dimensions, the bearing fits the spindle/shaft and housing as designed, maintaining alignment and concentricity — critical in high‑RPM nail‑drill handpieces.

  • Durability: Using a proper OEM specified bearing helps prevent premature wear of the spindle, collet or front housing due to misaligned or worn bearings.

  • Dimensions:

    • Inner Diameter (ID / shaft) ≈ 3 mm

    • Outer Diameter (OD / housing) ≈ 8 mm

    • Width (thickness) ≈ 4 mm

  • Material: Stainless steel, shielded (ZZ means metal shields on both sides) — suitable for high‑speed tool use.

Installation Tips

  • Ensure your handpiece indeed uses the 830ZZ bearing (verify in your service diagram or existing bearing).

  • Check that the seating surface, shaft, housing and surrounding components are in good condition—if the bearing seat or shaft is damaged, simply installing a new bearing may not solve the underlying issue.

  1. Power off the handpiece and ensure it is fully stopped before disassembly.

  2. Remove the front housing, collet and any parts required to access the bearing.

  3. Remove the old bearing carefully (note orientation, shields) and clean out any debris (metal shavings, old lubricant).

  4. Install the new bearing #830ZZ, ensuring it sits fully flush in the housing and is aligned correctly on the shaft.

  5. Re‑assemble the handpiece, then run an unloaded test (without bit) at low speed to verify smooth rotation, no unusual noise or vibration before full use.
