This steel spindle is an OEM replacement part for the KUPA KP-60 series handpieces. It forms a critical rotating component inside the handpiece assembly, coupling with bearings and the motor to transmit motion at high RPM with minimal wobble or play

Installation Tip

  • Confirm your handpiece uses this spindle part number and check existing spindle dimensions for match (OD ~7.78 mm, length ~28.16 mm).

  • Inspect bearings, collet/chuck interface and housing for wear; if those are compromised, replacing the spindle alone may not fully resolve performance issues.

  • Disconnect and power off the handpiece.

  • Remove front housing/collet assembly to access the spindle.

  • Remove old spindle carefully, clean out debris or metal shavings.

  • Install the new #536K24 spindle, ensuring proper seating, alignment and minimal play.

  • Reassemble the handpiece and run it unloaded (no bit) to verify smooth rotation and absence of unusual vibration or noise before full use.
