The KP6004 connecting bolt is a precision-machined steel component designed for the KUPA MANIPro KP-60 handpiece. Located internally in the handpiece assembly, this bolt helps secure internal modules (such as the motor assembly or housing components) together and ensures correct alignment and stationary mounting under high-speed operation (the KP series can run at very high RPMs).

Installation Tips

  • Disconnect power and ensure the handpiece is fully stopped before disassembly.

  • Remove the front housing/collet assembly and any necessary screws to access the internal assembly where the bolt is located.

  • Gently remove the old bolt. Clean the surrounding area of debris, metal shavings, or lubricant buildup.

  • Install the new KP6004 bolt, threading it in carefully and tightening it to the manufacturer’s torque specification.

  • Reassemble the unit, reinstall the collet/chuck, and test the handpiece unloaded (no bit) at low speed to ensure no abnormal vibration or sound before full operation.
