O Ring OR00200100-1

This O-ring (Part # OR00200100-1) is a genuine replacement seal specified for use in the KUPA KP-55A/KP-60 handpiece. It is designed to restore proper seal integrity, prevent ingress of dust, debris or lubricant leakage, and help maintain smooth performance of the internal spindle/shaft assembly.

Installation Tips

• Confirm the existing O-ring in your unit is the same part number (OR00200100-1) or an equivalent replacement.

• Inspect the seating groove and surrounding surfaces for damage, debris or wear — a new O-ring in a damaged housing may not seal properly.
  

1. Unplug the handpiece and ensure it’s powered off and fully stopped.

2. Disassemble the front housing / spindle area to access the existing O-ring.

3. Remove the old O-ring, clean the groove and adjacent surfaces of any residue, metal shavings or lubricant build-up.

4. Insert the new O-ring from the pack (one of the 4) into the correct location, ensuring it is seated evenly and not twisted.

5. Re-assemble the handpiece and perform a low-speed (no bit) test to ensure smooth operation and verify there is no abnormal vibration or noise.
