Installation Tips

  • Disassemble the handpiece with care — ensure power is off and the tool is safely disconnected.

  • Remove the old spring, clean the surrounding housing of debris or residue, then install the new spring, ensuring it seats properly and aligns with adjacent components.

  • After reassembly, run the handpiece with no bit (or light load) to check for smooth operation, correct tension, and absence of abnormal vibration or noise.
